Bob Paton JP                 
Secretary

  

Bob joined the AMVA in 1988 after selling his milk distribution business at Penrith. Prior to joining the Dairy Industry in 1980 he was employed in the Banking Industry.  He is mainly involved in administration of the Association and represents distributors on the NSW Dairy Industry Conference. Bob is an amateur astronomer and enjoys good wine.
     
 

Col Lawson                            
Manager Industry Relations     

   Col joined the AMVA in 1991 after disposing of his milk run in Wollongong. Col's expertise lies in his negotiation skills and is highly regarded at all  levels within the Dairy Industry.  He is an expert on vendor issues, rationalisation and contracts. Col follows Manly, St George /Illawarra and enjoys horse riding and the odd beer.
   
 

Jeff Betts                               
Member Services Officer   

Jeff joined the AMVA in 2001 following the sale of his dairy distribution business on the Central Coast.  He worked at Dairy Farmers for a short period before joining the AMVA.  He is an expert on SuperVend and is a mad St George fan and a golfing nut and knows absolutely nothing about wine.
       
 

Don Higgins                            Financial Controller

  

Don is a Charted Accountant and has been with the organisation since 1969. He offers valuable advice on all financial matters and is a keen cricketing and rugby fan.
